Had them quote on a fairly complicated job. Not only did they come back with a competitive quote, unusual for Kelowna, but the quality of the product and the speed in which it was printed exceeded my expectations. Great people to work with. They deserve a no star from me but because there is no option for that here we are. I am totally unhappy with the services When sending emails I should be in contact with the graphic designer and not someone else because I feel my emails that I was saying and stating and explaining what I wanted done to my business cards were not being met. So therefor my budget ran out and they wanted more money from me I had already paid $110 and they wanted more to continue. So be wise and read these google reviews . So I am now out of pocket a $110 and I have to find a a qualified printer as Print Factory lost me as a potential client!!!

Print Factory does a beautiful job printing my greeting cards every year. They've also printed business cards along with a few other projects for my clients. The colour, finish and stock are always great and everything is nicely packaged when shipped. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend Print Factory!

Where the competitors left us high and dry on an error on their part print factory pulled though and was able to fast track are order! We recently tried out Print Factory for some unique die-cut business cards -- and they did a fantastic job! It was easy to communicate with Christopher and his team. Any changes - regardless of how big or small - were done with kindness and attentiveness. The project took about a month and a half from first contact to receiving finished product. This was longer than we had hoped - but in the end everything turned out perfectly. We will definitely use Print Factory again!

I used to think that printing was pretty much all the same, regardless of who printed it. I didn't expect the quality difference to be so visible. Print Factory talked a lot about their quality work, and until I experienced it, I could not believe it. Their workmanship was great, their price was competitive and they are very professional, knowledgeable and really go out of their way to offer the outstanding service. If you have not worked with Print Factory, do yourself and your business a favour and try them out.

I obtained several quotes around town for printed coroplast signs. The range in prices was shocking. Print Factory's price was right and their product and service left nothing to be desired. To have chosen one of the others seems ridiculous in retrospect.

I had a wonderful experience with print factory. I ordered some 18x24" signs from their online site and the ordering experience and pricing was great. When I needed to phone them they answered right away no holding or wait times and were very helpful. They shipped my package overnight priority fedex and even though it was delayed that wasn't their fault. The only thing I would have loved to see is a tracking # included in the shipping confirmation email. I had to email them to ask for a tracking # and it seemed like they got that request frequently. People LOVE tracking #'s because it lets them see when their package is out for delivery. Anyways I would use this company again anytime! Thanks guys the signs look great."
