Morgan Jones provided a mani and pedi service on me today ! She is AMAZING! Lovely, fun and a positive young lady ! She’s new to the industry and wow she knows her stuff ! She did not disappoint . Highly recommend Morgan !! Will definitely be back . Thanks Morgan !!!!

I waited 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to get an apology or any type of acknowledgment that there was a delay. It's a nice looking place otherwise.

I just finished my last of three micro-needling sessions at Kita Beauty Lounge and my skin has never looked better - it’s smoother, clearer, and brighter! I highly recommend this service as well Kita Beauty Lounge - the space is beautiful and calming.Kailey performed all of my micro-needling sessions and she was very knowledgeable and professional yet easy-going at the same time making it a great experience!

From the moment you walk in the door, you've been transported somewhere calm and serene. The aesthetic of the space is stunning and everyone is very helpful.After being to some places in Toronto that offer the same services, there's no comparison. I'll be sticking with Kita. All I can say is: Wow.Thank you Kailey for all of your help today!

Great and professional service! Entering Kita everything was fresh, bright and staff were super welcoming! I had a pedicure done by Morgan J and she did a fantastic job! Morgan was friendly, knowledgeable and checked in throughout the service to see how I liked everything. Morgan was a sweetheart and I highly recommended her!

The atmosphere is so beautiful, and Stevie did an amazing job with my service. I would recommend her to anyone! However, I am disappointed that the gel polish on my big toe peeled off in one piece 3 days after my service, as I did pay extra for gel hoping it would last longer. I hope this doesn’t happen next time! :)

My favourite salon/spa EVER! I’ve had almost every service done here and can honestly say every esthetician/ hair stylist are incredibly talented!! The perfect spot for a girls day!! I can’t wait to get all of my services done here before my wedding!
