Happy was very professional and kept me updated on what needed to be done before he completed it. Other auto shops advised that all my brakes needed to be done when it was just the front ones. It was my 1st time there on a recommendation from a friend and I'll definitely be going back.

I recently had to deal with the nightmare of diesel in my vehicle's fuel system, and this place saved the day. I was referred to another store in the GTA, but they quoted me a whopping $4000 and a 7-day waiting period for the same service. That's when I searched for other options and found this gem with the highest rating in Guelph.Firstly, I was impressed by their commitment to customer service. The staffs at this auto repair shop were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional from the start. Even though most repair shops don't open on weekends, they still answered my phone call and were able to quickly assess my situation over the phone and provide clear instructions on what to do next. Once they opened on Monday morning, they promptly called me to drop off the key so they could start working on my vehicle right away. This level of attention and dedication is rare in the auto repair industry, and it set them apart from the competition.Once I dropped off my key, they got to work right away and completed the diesel removal in no time. The quality of their work was equally impressive. They were able to ensure that all the diesel was removed (I drove 3km after putting diesel in so inside of my engine there is 0.5 kg in total) and that the fuel system was thoroughly cleaned.When Happy (not sure whether it’s his name) called me to say that my car was ready the next day, I suddenly remembered that I needed to do an alignment again. So, I temporarily asked him if he could do it and they were more than happy to oblige. In fact, they were able to finish the alignment in just one hour, which is remarkable compared to my previous experience of waiting for 5 days at another repair shop (and it was even not fully fixed at that time).I was impressed by their expertise and attention to detail, as well as their commitment to customer satisfaction. They provided me with additional tips and advice on how to maintain my vehicle's fuel system to prevent future issues, which was greatly appreciated. Their pricing was sooooo fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.When I asked them for advice on how to modify my Wrangler, I was impressed by their honest opinions. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services or products, and their recommendations made it clear that their main purpose was not just to make a profit. I was in a pinch today with a flat tire that wouldnt hold pressure and had no visible damage to show the cause. I called around a few of shops in the area and found were too backed up to deal with me any sooner than next week. I was able to get ahold of this shop and a brief rundown of my situation was met with a “can you get it here right now?”. Within half an hour of calling I was back driving with a reliable wheel; I am beyond thankful for Kam’s help today, it is clear they have drivers best interest at heart. Thank you again!
