I had been suffering for nearly two years with hip and fasciitis pain. I’ve seen doctors, chiropractors and physiotherapists but to no avail and then I met Ben Prévost. He is the athletic therapist at RTP. He literally saved my life because I can finally get up in the morning with NO pain! Within a few sessions I began feeling so much better. He taught me how important stretches are and all the exercises needed for me to feel better. He is very professional and knows how the body functions. He listens to my problems and gets to work on fixing them! His Instagram page (the.athletictherapist) is a must see because he offers so many exercises in order to help anyone with pain. Thank you Ben for helping me live pain free after so many years!

I'm a healthcare professional myself, so I know the importance of finding a good professional to look after me like I look after my clients. I would not go to anybody I didn't trust. RTP has helped me gain back my confidence after my ACL injury and has been there for me mentally as well as physically. Victoria in particular has been an absolute pleasure to work with and I look forward to going back even just for basic maintenance work. Highly recommended.

Great facilities in a perfect location in the heart of Laval. A dream environment for anyone looking to get their body right no matter what their goals. I’ve been training with RTP for years and they’ve helped me achieve my goals again and again. Their prevention and treatment services are also uncomparable. I see Zoe for osteopathy treatments and she fixes me right up making me feel better than I ever have.Would not recommend a better place than RTP. My entire family comes for their services now. Five stars.

I have been seeing Nicolas Michaud for only a couple of months and I am very satisfied with his level of profound expertise and all that he has done for me. I had a painful hip bursitis that inhibited me from training - even walking was painful at times. Nicolas not only went to the source of the issue but he integrated an all encompassing plan involving healing, developping strength and getting me back to the sports I enjoy doing. Furthermore, he listens intently and offers advice and support that goes far beyond what I would have ever expected. I am so happy to have discovered RTP Performance; looking forward to now doing a bike fit with them! Thank you.

Absolutely amazing service here. The staff at RTP knew exactly what they were doing in helping me recover from a torn ACL. Following up and recommending different workouts and recovery methods made me feel like I made the right choice with RTP.
