Drive thru for ice cream during a road trip stop and the caramel Sunday was great. The oreo mcflurries seemed low on oreo topping and the ice cream wasn't as smooth of a texture as I recall vs other ones we've had but maybe that's just a matter of how much they spin the spoon around before handing it over to you.

Tasteless expired apple pies from the fridge. Pies were made at 5:30am, to be served no later than 9:30am, I got mine just after 11am. They taste like they've been sitting in a fridge. Weren't hot, weren't warm, very very cold. Must not have sold many and were reusing old ones instead of making new ones.

This morning I was waiting for my Skip order and it’s been more than 20 minutes I was waiting. I asked them if the order is ready or not then they said they are waiting for the kitchen because they didn’t have any food ready to make the order. Isn’t their responsibility to ask the customer that you have to wait for the food. Then I went in my car waiting for the food for another 10 minutes. I called the store and asked them if it’s ready or not. They said they are assembling it right now but when I went back it was not ready. I asked one of the managers about the order and he was shouting on me badly and offering me a wasted food. He aggressively said do you want this?? Do you want this??? I even did not know what was in the order as it’s a skip order and we don’t know what customer ordered. I don’t know who gave him the position of swing manager he even didn’t know who to talk to customer. They wasted my half an hour and my money. Also, they ruined my sunday morning as well. Bad experience ever. I am gonna complain that guy to their head office as well. You can’t run a restaurant with such a bad attitude.

Usually this McDonald's is really good but tonight (April 26, 2023 around 10:30pm) I order from there and got a fudge sundae with extra fudge (which I payed for), when I received it I had no fudge in my Sundae. I wasn't really mad more or less disappointed because I'm 6 months pregnant and really wanted the chocolate part of the sundae which is why I paid for the extra in the the first place. I do have photos but unfortunately google will not let me post them with the review.

I order egg and cheese only they make all sandwiches with ham. We have to drive back but very poor customer service. These young girls working there have no clue about customer service she showing us attitude like she's doing favor making us sandwiches again.Teach them proper or don't hire who can't handle customer service.

I would love to give zero stars for not caring about the environment..but sadly that’s not an option. I tried to order food but the drive thru would not allow a bike and provided no other options. The manager did not feel empowered to serve me even though I have been served in the past with my bike in the drive thru. Really sad. I will head to Dominoes where I know I will be served without discrimination.

I took my grandkids in yesterday for dinner. My husband and I ordered and went to sit down with the kids and every single table was dirty. Food and garbage was allover and under the tables. We washed the table with the vinegar pack we asked for and a napkin. The ketchup was empty, cup lids every where, the play area looks as if someone spilled a large coke all over the entrance way. Seems like it was there for a week or more. It smelled so bad inside the pay area others we’re leaving as well because of becoming nauseous for the smell and dirt. The outside garbage can was so full people were leaving garbage on and beside the can. I took pictures and think this place should be closed and cleaned top to bottom. I will never eat there again. Totally disgusted in a place that deals with food, especially for kidsI would have got more pictures except people would have been in them and I respect others privacy

Went thru the drive thru for breakfast today and ordered a mcgriddle combo and a mcmuffin combo. They made me pull around front and wait. I figured for the griddle. Nope. Two soggy mcmuffins instead. I literally dont even like them, i only come here for mcgriddles. Thanks mcdicks. This is always the location that messes my food up and im so tired of it. Not going to this location anymore

Always go late in evening and never have milkshakes. Pretty good at speed and keeping traffic going. But always mess up small things though like straws in bag for drinks or no tomatoes on something or no sauces, salt or napkins in bag or asking if trays needed for drinks

Often times the service here is friendly and inviting. Love eating at this restaurant and so does the kid! The bathrooms are always clean and the general area is well maintained and unless youre in the drivethru or order it online, your order is usually right.
