These guys get s*** done! Not only was all of my contact with them super easy, but they picked up the rug at my old place, and dropped it off at my new place, AND IT WAS SO UNBELIEVABLY REASONABLE with the price!! I love Levi and his crew, my rugs will go NOWHERE else. Highly recommend!!

Levi was very accommodating and thorough. He cleaned our carpet that had paint stains on it, it is barely visible now. The carpet is clean and dried within 2 hours as he said. I would use Levi's services again and recommend him to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned.

I hired Levi from Kamloops Carpet Care to clean my heavily soiled carpets and he was able to remove all the stains. He did such a great job that the carpets look brand new! He also cleaned my shag accent rug under my coffee table. It was so stained and now looks amazing!He was punctual, friendly and cleaned up after himself. I have had horrible messes left behind from other careless companies. Levi left my place in pristine condition and the carpets were completely dry in one hour (but could walk on them earlier if I needed to). I highly recommend Kamloops Carpet Care for both residential or commercial jobs. Levi is also hilarious and has a great sense of humour. Thanks Levi again for doing such a great job!
