Budget Tree works

Had a downed tree hanging above my power service line. The guy said he would be there at 9:30 AM. I call him at 12:30 PM and he tells me he's in the middle of brake job on his truck but that he would be here in an hour. Call him again at 4 PM and he feeds me some nonsense about not being able to find the address (like Google maps isn't a thing). Wasted a whole day waiting on this guy and finally had to call some actual professionals in to do the job. Quite a way to run a business!

I want to estimate and he said I am coming " many time

Scott came and gave us an estimate. He was obviously a one man operation. Said he could fall a big tree for us. Gave a reasonable rate. Said he would be back later that afternoon. He never showed up. I phoned him that evening and he said it was hot and he had some other jobs so he never made it. Said he would be over around 10am next day. 12 o’clock and he still wasn’t here. Phoned him and he said he would be over in about an hour. He never showed up and no phone call again. A customer should not have to phone 3x to ask where you are. If he wasn’t able to come he should have just calledIn the end he ended up calling and said he was on his way as we hadn’t found anyone to cut the tree down. He was able to do it without any problems

Scott took a big job that many hesitated to take. Ten big fir trees between houses and power lines went down safe and quick.
