I had a High Collered white Tunic made for my upcoming wedding. I received it today and I couldn't be happier. The material is high quality. It's well made, looks sharp, fits perfectly and feels durable. The service was friendly and timely. Competitive price. I was pleased with the services here and would definitely recommend and do again. Thank you!

I have brought clothing to Vic's in the past for alterations and repairs and have been satisfied with their work. So, when I needed a bridesmaids dress hemmed and the straps lifted, I knew I could go there and trust their work. Unfortunately, my dress was hemmed too short resulting in me having to revisit the shop 3 times as they attempted to rectify the situation. While they did attempt to fix the problem, they blamed me for not bringing the correct shoes in the first place (I did), and said it could not have been their fault as this had never happened to them in the past. Upon my last visit to the shop, I asked if I could be refunded my money and was told I could but that I needed to call in a few days as they needed to call the debt machine company. When I called back 2 weeks later, I was told they had thought about it and they again blamed me for not bringing the correct shoes (which again, I did) and I was told they would think about maybe giving me half my money back. I was taken aback by this, as they again insinuated I lied, and because I was told previously I would be fully refunded. They said they would call me back once they had decided. It has now been 2 months, and I have never heard back. Overall, this was a terrible customer service experience, and while I may think they do a good job tailoring, I would not recommend their services.

I used Vic Master Tailor for the first time this week, and it was such a pleasure! The prices were more than fair (half of a previous quote of $90 to replace a zipper), and they were very kind and professional. I'll be sending anyone I can their way.Thanks again!

Did my pants done here. Zipper is broken again within a day . Cost me 34 dollars for that alone. The guy told me 20 dollars plus tax so I guess 14 dollars for the tax don’t want to argue anymore with this kind of people. They are not helping to grow their business. Instead they are being greedy. Hope you guys do better than this.

Vic is a true Master Tailor. Brought a few shirts and suits to him over the years and it's worth the two hour drive to come and see him. He always delivers perfection at a reasonable price.

EXCEPTIONAL. I brought in a wool coat that was three sizes too big and just a few days later I went back in and it fit like an absolute glove. They are the loveliest people and listened to my preferences and worked incredibly quickly. Vic even gave me a tour of the shop, he was just so kind. Would recommend to absolutely anyone, I've never seen such exceptional work!!!! And for SUCH a surprisingly good price!!!

They did an amazing job on my navy mess kit. I was being posted and I asked if he was able to do it within 2 weeks and he was able to do it, including a fitting midway. The quality was exceptional and the price was definitely better than others. I was very happy with the service and quality and friendliness. Thank you so much for accommodating my tight timeline!

My mess kit was ready within 12 days from my initial call. Anyone who has ever ordered a mess kit will know: it is an absolutely record breaking time. And yet, the mess kit was done impeccably! I am very impressed with Vic Mater Taylor's outstanding service and professionalism. Highly recommend to all!

Vic did a wonderful job repairing my work pants. I do work outdoors and being on my knees all day puts holes in my pants pretty quickly. I asked them to patch both knees on my pants, and hem them. They were done to prefection. He also left the extra material in my pocket which are the same size as my patches, which will be great if I need to get them patched up again! You can tell as soon as you walk into the store that Vic takes his job very seriously. I will for sure go back in the future if I need more work done. Thanks Vic!
