It’s not an off leash dog park but I see lots of people does if it’s connected to H-knol trail and if does have a clean enough public bathroom. Also always have a bowl full of water for dogs.

Very nice area, cute Creek, sweet smells and pet friendly. Lots of dogs in the area so my little kitty Timone was a bit frightened, but everyone was very kind at keeping their pups close to them.

I had a bylaw officer tell me Buckley Park is not off leash.The only people you see at the park most of the year is people with their dogs.I ask all people that want some of the park to call the mayor's office and request that it be off leash .Don't let them tell you that it is a sports field cause the fields are not maintained

Very clean washrooms... lots of space to share with different activities... come for a picnic near the playground ... watch the Highland Games throwers practice or start up a ball game ... something for everyone. DOG FRIENDLY WHOOT!

This park is directly below power lines. Hence the name “power line trail”. You can hear the electricity running above your head. The trail is no more than 10 minutes from the washrooms towards Penzer Park. There is no loop. You walk and come back. There is a soccer pitch which is Gravel and a tiny playground. I do not recommend this playground or trail to anyone.

Got ripped off on the cool zip-line, there was no seat attached, hoping it's fixed soon because it was extremely disappointing. Rest of the park was pretty cool though.

Good for a walk but not much there other than a couple of soccer fields and a small playground. We did go last week for some tobogganing because there's some small hills so that was good for young kids.

Was a super nice walk, very pretty. I'll totally go back. But it wasn't very clearly marked about where to go if you're looking for the creek. There was only the map that was by the parking lot area and that wasn't very well marked either.

Although the park contains fairly nice scenery, it's slowly being ripped and torn apart by dirt bikers, turning it into one big motorbike trail with uneven terrain and the odd nail littered in the dirt. I don't mind this specific issue" too much
