Went to get butter chicken and basically paid for rice.Wouldn't be upset but I specifically asked for extra curry and chicken because this happened the first time!Probably explains why it is so dead there both times.

YUUUP! This is the place to go if you're looking for excellent customer service, hot food, fast service and a clean environment. We got free spring rolls with our meal, the food is just amazing here. This is by far my favorite place to eat.

I had lunch with my wife. We ordered war wonton soup and butter chicken. Soup was not good at all watery wonton had heavy dough and not tasted good. And bowl full onion

I don't understand why food here is overpriced! Taste is just mediocre. And some items are utterly garbage. Not going back again ever. There are other places which have better tasting food with affordable price. Not even worth 1 star!

Food is good, staff are friendly and welcoming! The store, however, needs a good clean especially the glass panels near the cooking area and the store windows it looks as if it was wiped with a dirty cloth there are grease/streak marks all throughout. Store needs more attention to cleanliness and tidyness otherwise everything else is good!

We had a unpleasant experience with ordering Wok Box for delivery that turned out very well in the end. The courier who delivered our supper from Wok Box when questioned regarding the hour wait time for our food became angry. Still holding the food. Shouting he is done, amongst angrily rambling, stomping away, and proceeding to remain parked @ house for a length of time. Scary.We contacted. the staff @ Wok Box who called the courier, & handled the situation with grace. Even got the driver to leave.They promised free meals. Next time we come in.2 weeks later I went in & as promised both. meals were free with a apology. We never intially paid for our order. Very good customer service.

My boyfriend and I went here and got ourselves the Date Night deal that they have for Saturday night. 2 regular boxes, 2 spring rolls each with drinks for $25 +taxes. The place is clean and the staff was patient with us.Price point to me is a little higher, but it is good quality food so that justifies it for me.
