I had a great time the food was good and staff were nice and helpful. My room had a few issue on day one, like the sink was plugged with hair and the TV didn't offer English channels so when I just wanted to watch a movie in the evening I couldn't.

We used Jessica for our 4th year anniversary trip and we could not be happier! We have never been to an all inclusive before and she helped us pick the perfect one with everything we wanted, Valentine Imperial in Mexico. Jessica communicated with us every step of the way and made sure all of our questions were answered and made our traveling so easy. We are already planning on using travel by Jessica again and would recommend her to everyone!

Jessica at Briar&Main was so helpful planning our vacation. She made it so easy for us, and got exactly what I wanted, and I've waited to do this for 30 years! Highly recommend using them for your vacation plans! It was the most beautiful place I've seen! Cried having to come home! Next time, and yes we are planning to go back, so much more to see and do! We used Jessica to coordinate our rail trip to the Grand Canyon. Not knowing much about rail trips, I contacted her for any literature she may have. Like always, she provided me with the materials in a prompt manner. She, thankfully, booked our trip and seemed to perform the complexities of the job with ease. She also made herself available on her vacation should something come up. Some talk about customer service. Some live customer service. Jessica is the latter. I will certainly use her again.
