Terrible service, never enough cashiers working, either empty store or full of customers, grumpy employees. They need to learn what customer respect is.

They did not have a purple and pink little girls shovel. I think it's important for little boys and girls to start to learn gardening at a young age.

tried never to buy again from here, tried on line and AC wheels broken . .have to deliver either back to puralator or near by store..no option to ask fot 2 castors..i am handicapped this will be hell... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

RONA Park and Tilford location, in my opinion is the best Rona in Vancouver area. It has all the tools, construction materials and a very good seasonal collection. The staff are nice and knowledgeable. Lots of free parking is always available in front of the store.

By far the best experience I have had at Rona! Michael and Ryan proactively kept me informed of my order and made things easy for me at pick up. Kind, friendly, helpful and courteous. This includes the young gentleman who brought my order to the car, he was very friendly and nice. Thank you for providing such a great experience!

I got a brand new combine harvester as a Valentine's gift for my lovely wife. She doesn't use it, but I make sure to ride that puppy to church- quadruple parking is surprisingly acceptable when your vehicle is 45 feet wide!

Terrible customer service at this Park & Tilford RONA. In the past 2 hours, I called this store 11 times to attempt to get through to someone about exchanging a very bad shop vac that spews out everything I vacuum up. NOBODY answered any of the extensions I called. But I will bet you that if I were to visit the store, almost all of the employees would be standing around doing NOTHING. I've seen that.
