Service was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and cheery despite a constant stream of customers and phone calls.

This is a review for Fed ex in general, not for the Burlington Staples location. Fed Ex guaranteed my package would arrive by Monday 8pm. It finally arrived Wednesday afternoon! Because the package contained keys it meant we missed an inspection with the fire department. We now have to pay out of pocket ($200 or so) for a personal inspection. Fed Ex guarantee is a guarantee for nothing except I got my $48 back for the shipping cost. They will not take any responsibility for costs incurred by their late shipments! Even though they say it’s GUARANTEED to get there by a certain date & time. Will never ship anything via Fed Ex again! Worst service ever.

I've been to this location a couple of times to FedEx a package to the US. Each and every time they cannot figure out how to do it! What a waste of time
