My bathroom sink was plugged for a week over the holidays. Lance came, fixed the issue, went over and beyond to make sure it didn't happen again. Thank you thank you. Mike was friendly when I called and promised to send someone soon. Lance, the young man who came, was friendly and knew what he was doing in fixing my toilet which was leaking into unit below.. Scary situation for me after going through the bursting of a major pipe in my building flooding over 40 units. Lance also checked my leaking taps, knew what parts to get and will return to fix them.

Mike is fantastic and I highly recommend him! Last month we reno'd our two bathrooms and kitchen and was in need of new plumping for all three. Mike was fast, efficient, and on time and went out of his way to get us the brass faucets from Delta! Highly recommend supporting Mike and his small business!

Excellent company, great service and very fair rates. I had a shower pipe break right where the arm connects to the wall, and called on a Monday evening. Mike was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day day to get it fixed. All of the correspondences were professional and he was always quick to reply to my messages. The following day, Lance was scheduled for my repair and he showed up right on time to fix the broken pipe and install a new shower head which I had purchased. Lance was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with his time, and his work was all high-quality. I even asked him a question about a separate issue with my toilet flusher not quite working correctly, and Lance fixed that issue for me as well while he was there. I am very happy with the results, and wouldn't hesitate to get Flow Safe for any of my future plumbing needs.

Definitely would recommend this company!We had a very gnarly situation with our toilet back-flowing in to our tub. Lance was able to come the same day we called. We honestly weren’t expecting it to be fixed same day because it was so rough but he was able to. So thanks to Flowsafe and Lance we have a working bathroom again! Lance was professional, pleasant and made fast work. The price was very reasonable and if/when we have any plumbing issues in the future we will definitely be using them again and will be referring them to our friends and family.

Mike worked very hard. I witness perseverance, trouble shooting and due care in every step. He seemed young at first, but he earned the 5 stars review I am giving him. Wish you success and best of luck. A lot of effort put into doing the job right. Fixed and finish the job. The other big name plumber failed miserably and flooded my home. This is what should have been done.

More than five stars if possible!! Our Hot water tank died and Mike the owner came out the next day as promised and by the end of the next day Lance had removed and replaced our old hot water tank. We found them both to be very professional, polite and knowledgeable we highly recommend. It was one of the hottest days this year and Lance could have said he would come back the next day as he started the job late in the afternoon. He was there until 8pm. Above and beyond.
