Great services, friendly staff, very quick! Also, best place in the neighbourhood to go for passport pictures for little ones. They're very patient and kind. Took my 3 month old there and the picture was approved without any problems. I'd definitely recommend it to every parent!

Worst customer service i have ever received in my entire life. The guy at the desk was very rude. I wanted to take a simple passport photo, and came to the shop about 30mins before the closed, and he was so rude about it as if i just sat at home all day waiting to come towards his closing time. Anyways the passport photo was rejected for my passport renewal. In addition, i wanted to print, sent the items by email as advised to pick up the next day, only for him to reject my printing. Horrible service all around.

Friendly staff. The guy helped me to get my passport photo. He was so patient and polite. Probably the best Ups store in the city which also provides super-fast with good quality printing.

Never coming back. Bad customer service. I was shocked on how rude some one can be. The guy who is working there today, May30th.Talking to a clients as I was his child. No listening or providing a kind assistance. He's no professional, too rude, treating people as he is more smart than anyone. No helping, it's like talking to a tree....I know we all have bad days...but customer service I Canada is usually one of the best...unfortunately, I'm not coming back. There are other options around the area where I'm treated as a human being that is paying to get a service = A CLIENT

I usually have have a good experience here and treated with basic respect. Unfortunately today was one of the worst experiences.I was repeatedly told by the clerk that my package was never here even when I showed him the notice proving otherwise. He went on to ignore me and hung up the line as I tried to contact his manager. I had to waste more time to contact the couriers to find extra photo proof which ironically ended up being of his manager receiving my package. He then actually tried to look at the back. Of course he found it with all the information posted on the box. He did not apologize for his mistake.

Staff member Jimmy was friendly, helpful and made the process a breeze.Like Arnold said, I'll be back!"Follow up: I just had to go back again for another official document to be signed
