The guy working on February 19th around 645pm was one of the worst and most rude humans I've met he took forever to help and said there was no room til a game an hour away. Definitely won't come back and won't recommend anyone to have events or drop in here.

Pretty good, classic place.They seem understaffed though. Missed the first 5 minutes of a game to get a new vest when mine wasn't working because there was only one person tending to other customers.

Haven't been since the name change. Place was okay arcade games are dated and rough. Lazer tag is still fun, the arena hasnt really changed but more party rooms. You no longer get a print out of players you tagged nor any communication once the game has ended. Which was one of the best parts when coming out of the arena.

I brought my son and his friend. Kids don’t really notice at 11 years old the details of a business. As a parent this place is 100 % filthy!! It has not been properly cleaned in years. This management and owners should be banned from the child entertainment business. Kent

Laser Quest was way better because they actually gave you the score sheets. You don't get them now. The renos are kind of cool though.

Just had my daughters birthday party here this weekend. It was great that they supplied pizza and pops but the pizza wasn't very good. It was kind of cold and dry and just seemed like it was a few hours old already. They also seemed to have the heater running in the arena which is crazy, air conditioning would be a much wiser choice for that kind of environment. There was also several weird and unnecessary tripping obstacles that obviously aren't easy to see in the dark room which doesn't seem safe and just doesn't make sense to have that. They also didn't make any effort to have kids be on the same teams as their friends. Which shouldnt be that hard to do. It was also really chaotic getting the instructions at the start of the game. The guy just starts yelling and doesn't care if everyone had shut up so the rest can actually understand what hes saying. Otherwise it was okay I guess.

Would definitely go again lots of room to move and play. Fun set up

Bathrooms were disgusting, understaffed, guns never worked, never going back! Very disappointed in how its run and handled

The Lazer tag was amazing. However, the washrooms were not kept up frequently and when you walk it, the place had a terrible smell. Staff need to be more friendly but the Lazer tag itself was very fun!
