I ordered the Lotus Biscoff Cake and it was an absolute dream come true! The cake came out incredibly moist and soft. I can’t thank Nazia enough for making me the perfect birthday cake :) Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. The mother of baker dropped off desserts to my house. When I opened the boxes all the desserts were fallen over and ruined. Instead of working to replace or making it right- she sent her mother and son over (who admitted they didn't tape the cups down) to my house to pick up the fallen cups so she could repackage the same one - how is this hygienic over covid? They sat on my driveway waiting to take the boxes that were already in the garbage. Very rude, and unprofessional company and people with no values and no covid procedures. I would be worried how your food was being made by these people. Be warned!In response to the owner below. In this day in age when billion dollar companies are conducting business through zoom and virtual means globally - it blows my mind that boxes from the garbage need to be procured over photos of their product sent minutes after delivery. You are still welcome to rummage through our recycling and organic for your 'proof'. First apologize- which hasn't happened. Second, stop wasting our time and refund our money and revisit your process in putting your customers first. Shocked! We will be reporting to the better business bureau and cra if funds are not returned.

I ordered a Cocomelon cake and set of chocolate, lemon, and strawberry cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday and everything went above and beyond our expectations! The cookies and cream cake was moist and not too sweet. The designs were so cute. All the kids loved them! Great job Nazia and team

They make good cakes provided you can get through their order taking process and someone starts working on your order. Calling this business reminds me of calling a doctor office in Ontario. They never respond and return your calls. I had bad experience last two attempts with them either not responding to our order submissions or responding literally after the event is over! I would skip this place. Understand these are small businesses but they should let their customers know proactively when they are not able to server for any reason. Luckily I found another person who makes great cakes and in the same vicinity.

I ordered this cake for my daughter's Birthday. The cake was delicious. The price was reasonable too. I am going to spread the word among my friends and families. I am going to order the next one from here, no doubt! Nazia, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

My husband ordered our anniversary cake from Nazia and it was nothing but made to perfection from presentation to flavour of red velvet , moderate sweet , moist cake and yummy fresh cream icing

Nazia has a gift for baking and you wont be disappointed at the quality of her cakes. Ordered the Nutella Cheesecake with a Mixed Berry topping for my good friend's birthday. Hands down one of the best Cheesecakes I have ever eaten. It was a solid winner and Nazia provided excellent communication for delivery even though it was a touch late. Will be ordering again for my own birthday.

It was my husband's business' anniversary and I decided to surprise him with a custom cake featuring our business logo (purposely blurred out here) and other aspects of the business.I placed my ordered for the highly customized cake only 3 nights before the event as the event was also planned very last minute. It was a fondant covered white chocolate strawberry cake. Nazia did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. We have a custom closet business and she created gorgeous closet accessories using photos from our website. The logo was on point and edible as well. She even framed the logo with a drawer profile like I had asked her to. I do smaller custom cake projects myself for pleasure so I understand and can appreciate the time and cost that goes into a cake like this. The flavors were also on point and it was a delicious cake in general.The best part about her service was the way she took accountability and made sure to communicate responsibly for some hiccups along the way. As a business owner myself, I appreciate someone who is genuinely willing to make sure that their clients are happy with the product and services and if they are not, the appropriate steps are taken to fix the situation. That is exactly what Nazia did. 100% recommend La Patissiere to anyone who wants to support a local business and receive amazing desserts while they're at it.A few things to make sure you are happy with your order:- please place your order at least 2/3 weeks in advance- check in a few days before your pick up and make sure that all the details related to the cake design, etc have been ironed out and that all expectations are clear- if you're getting it delivered, ask for a much earlier time than you actually need it for so that even if there are unexpected delays, you still have the cake well before the event- I ordered a 6 custom cake that was supposed to serve 20 people and I had a lot of leftovers with 16 people. I ordered a beautiful two tier pillow cake from Nazia. She outdid herself with the presentation and flavour. Additionally her delivery service was perfect.
