Our family had a delightful time at Burrard Acura with Anton. My brother traded in two vehicles and purchased a new car, and the team efficiently provided me with a decent quote. Anton, who works at Acura, was knowledgeable about all the features of the new MDX. Burrard Acura provided the best possible first experience at a dealership. We’re extremely grateful for their kindness and assistance, and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new car. In conclusion, my interaction with Anton and the team was pleasant, and the car is stunning.

More than a month ago my wife and I tried to buy a used jeep, they did all the paperwork, we were there for more than 4 hours, they charged my credit card for $500 to start the credit process, absolutely did not happen nothing, they told us that what we were looking for was not possible, that they would give us cheaper options (a lie) two weeks passed and I received no response, I called them repeatedly and had no luck, the advisor who literally stole $500 is called Aldric Lee and he never communicated to give me options or at least offer an apology for his incompetence. The next day I went to another car dealer and within two hours I was out with a brand new 2023 jeep wrangler.I would not recommend at all Acura Burrard

Service team is amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure I got back my car in a timely fashion. Had service recommendations but gave me options which I always appreciate. William at sales is the best. Not pushy and has a lot of integrity. Can't wait for the new ZDX and will definitely get from this dealership.

I want to personally thank Aldric Lee, for an amazing experience from start to finish. I purchased the car from Aldric from another city, and flew down for the pick up.Aldric is extremely professional, cares and is very attentive. He took time to make sure I was taken care of and spent time to make videos on the car before the purchase. He made the experience one I'll remember. Lovely experience with Anton at Burrard Acura.It was late into the evening when I came to have my car valued for a trade in. The team was efficient at getting me a decent quote and then we got to work looking for a new vehicle. It was a done deal by 7pm and I was the last customer in there.Considering he works at Acura, Anton was also a pro when it came to all the bells and whistles of my new Audi.I have one piece of general feedback but I am equally at fault for this…. Simply as it was so late in the day and I had a trip planned to USA the next day, we were rushing to get things sorted ASAP (it was also a Thursday before a long weekend). With the speed we were moving I wasn’t 100% certain of all the paperwork etc. Now it was all perfect in the end, but would have been nice to have spent a little more time reviewing the paperwork. Again, I was also applying the pressure as I needed to get it sorted that day and didn’t want to wait til the following Tuesday to get the keys. Next time I’ll aim to come in earlier in the day and not before a long weekend!All in all a pleasant experience with Anton and the team and the car is beautiful.

Our purchase experience at Burrard Acura was great and made pleasant by Anton. Full transparency we were not really in the market of purchasing a new vehicle this year (as we loved our old Acura RDX and it was still performing well after 10 years). Anton made the whole process a delight through his authentic approach to sales which I found to be transparent, friendly, and non-intimidating. I felt we were on the same side truly assessing together options that were best for our family. He was patient throughout the process (we had 2 cars that we traded in as part of the sale) and either knew when to follow up or give us the space and time needed to consider our options. If you are in the market thinking about an upgrade, trade-in, old/new purchase, etc. I would highly recommend seeking out Anton at Burrard Acura!
