Big Smoke Burger
Walked in to grab a burger, walked out having had an absolutely exceptional experience. Had the pleasure of having Nicki help me out with my order and bring it to my table which was a pleasant surprise. She made sure to check in with me every so often and truly elevated my experience here. Came for the burger, stayed for the service, and will be returning for the service.People like Nicki are absolute gems. Very personable which I can appreciate. Shoutout to her!

A pretty pleasant place for fast food in the downtown. Burgers were tasty, but french fries were a bit fried to much for me. Soda drinks included. Staff was very helpful and kind. Prices affordable.

Big Smoke Burger
Got the daily special. Food was good but service was terrible. Cashier was distracted watching YouTube videos or something on her phone while taking orders. Because of being distracted, did not ask for toppings until after I ordered. Didn't give me my drink. I was supposed to know I was supposed to reach over the counter to serve myself. Despite the service, the food was pretty decent and the special is a good value.

I loved the rosemary sauce that was on the craft burger ! The service was great ! The lady at the cash was helpful and answered any questions we had as this was our first time visiting Big Smokes. Definitely will come back !

Our first time at Big Smoke burger and the food was delicious! The employee was friendly and everything was made fresh! She even gave us a treat with our meal!

I got the student meal. It was a burger with a drink and fries. Costing me around 13 dollars. The fries are a must try. The food fills you up. Staff are nice including Nikki who took pictures of our experience at the Big Smoke Burger.

I usually don’t crave for hamburgers and for me most of them tastes similar. But I’m giving this review because the hamburger that I had here was really good! (Craft)Super tasty with a super nice portion of regular fries! Also nice staff

Delicious burgers, not far from union station, sometimes you can find a table is dirty. My recommendation to visit this fast food.
