During long months we had a strange and unpleasant smell at the basement. The problem was nobody could explain what origin the smell had. Several representatives of different companies had came and examined the basement, the air in it and communications there but without the result. We were so lucky to connect with AquaLux Draining and Plumbing and their team, they helped us enormously! When guys had came they carefully inspected our pipes and guessed that unpleasant smell originated from the plumbing camera. Previous “professionals” had not idea to look through the camera to find out a problem. Another position was represented by AquaLux Draining and Plumbing Company team, who had arrived in time, were polite, neat at their work and really skilled. They seemed very experienced, exactly knew what to do and were operating with pleasure. Now it’s our pleasure to appreciate these guys a lot!

We have had issues with poor drainage and ended up with a back up in the basement. Igor came promptly to clear the drain and showed us the video inspection of the unground piping and explained where the problems were and that underground pipes would need replaced.It was pretty clear when the concrete was broken up in the basement and the pipes removed that the situation was a Igor advised from the Video.No-one wakes up dreaming of spending money redoing underground drains but its one of those thinks you can't ignore and the AquaLux team are very professional, highly skilled and they took on a very complicated job and got it done on time with no more disruption than was absolutely needed.
