Faisal was very professional and you can tell customer service is important to him. He instantly built rapport and detailed the cleaning process so I would know exactly what to expect. He took some before pictures and I was shocked at the debris left in the duct work which must have been there since the home was built. And I’ve had the ducts cleaned before. The after pictures showed very clean ducts. I would highly recommend this company.

I first met Faisal after he cleaned the furnace and duct work at 3 of my properties; he was thorough, informative and very caring. Very happy with the results. Everything was explained in detail. I was showed before and after pictures. The ducts probably haven't been cleaned in over 30 years. There was a buildup of about 1.5 inches of dust. There was even old building materials stuck in the ducts they had to remove (wire scraps, wood chips, plastic pieces etc). NO extra charge for the extra time it took to get the ducts nice and clean and NO extra charge to install an access hatch and even included a cover and sealed properly with tin tape. Very happy with the results. I no longer smell dust every time the furnace turns on. This will sure help with our allergies. Overall great service and a fantastic job.

Faisal did a great job. I found out he missed a small part of my duct a few months later but he was very quick to apologize and come back a finish the job. I can tell he takes pride in his customer service and in doing a great job.
