I have been a fan of the store since early 90s. I've never made a purchase for all these years and never had I felt unwelcomed, even if they new I was only an admirer. Finally, in 2021 and 2022, I had the means to upgrade my system and I realized that they had been taking care of me, all these years, like a valued customer. They care about people first and that makes the difference in their amazing customer service.Am I a fan ...you bet I am.

Oh my what an experience in kindness, customer amazing care, and wisdom shared on my system. I even had the bonus of Tano, since he lived close, set up my system in my home. He spent an hour from his day off being thoughtful for me to not ponder, worry or stress on my setup. All was perfect. Thank you SoundHounds for your lovely staff.

Sound hounds is an exceptional store. Not just their product offering, but the service is second to none. I needed a quality turntable so randomly popped in. Kerry gave me great service and referred me to a location to fix my current table. I then decided to instantly buy a brand new one from him! Glad I did cause this thing sounds great!

When I was looking for quality audio equipment half year ago, my neighbour told that Sound Hounds was the best place to have a look. And I totally agree with that after I bought a very nice system from them. Sound Hounds specializes, especially Paul, are expert and honest at many aspects. During this six months, I am so satisfied about the service of Sound hounds. Once I even changed my mind and want to upgrade the better equipment. They unconditionally help me replace the original equipment at the original price. Thanks, Sound hounds and Paul! You are the best in Victoria!

When I was looking for quality audio equipment a few years back I was told that Sound Hounds was the place to go--and I have never been disappointed. Unlike other outlets in town, Sound Hounds specializes in audio and their sales people are expert [and honest] in demonstrating equipment at various price points. Can't recommend them more highly.

I have been dealing with folk of S&H for years. If there's something I'm looking for or want to demo these guy's make it happen. Or I just drop by for a visit and listen to the newest gear and music. Their service department is second to none, say hi to them. Very few places left like this store. Enjoy it.

Absolutely, one of my best shopping experiences! Paul helped me out with an amplifier and it was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone is very laid-back and the staff go out of their way to know the customer. Product knowledge is unmatched anywhere else in Victoria. I went back the next day after my purchase and Paul entertained my request to play some Steely Dan on their showroom system; what a treat. I highly recommend Sound Hounds for audio equipment.
