Crescent Choirs
I've been a part of this group for one year a couple years ago and it's a very welcoming place! It's a place where singers of all types and experiences can come together and enjoy singing and connect through music. Samara and Andrew are amazingly talented and the care for each member shows through their attitude and patience. There is a positive energy they always bring to the group and it makes learning together more fun. I love checking in and seeing what they're up to every now and then because their work is beautiful! (:

What an amazing experience Samara and Andrew have offered me and many other singers. I couldn't tell you how special of an environment they have created together. The music, the fun, the hard work combined, create a beautiful space for musical expression. Whether you are a beginner singer or an expert, these two beautiful people will offer and teach anyone who has the drive and passion to create beautiful music.

Joining Crescent Choir was one of the best decisions I ever made!! This group of woman are supportive and helpful and I've learned so much! The music is amazing and uplifting. Samara is patient with new singers and gives help when needed! Tuesday is my favourite day if the week!!!

I've been enrolled in Crescent Choirs since the very beginning and its shown me all the wonders choir has to offer! Not only is it very educational, in that I've learned so much about music and collaborative singing but it is a load of fun. I get to sing and connect with people my age and have the best choral teacher in the world teaching us music! When I joined, I had very little singing experience but I immediately felt welcome by Samara, Andrew and all members of the choir! Would highly recommend Crescent Choirs to anyone and everyone, regardless of singing experience!

Having sung with Crescent Choirs since its foundation I can personally confirm that this organization is phenomenal. The artistic director's Samara and Andrew Bortz put so much thought and care into their projects and succeed in creating a wonderful environment for each person involved. As a singer, I have learned several techniques and qualities while under the instruction of Samara. She has built me into a confident vocalist and motivated me on pursuing my dreams. Crescent Choirs' beautiful community and talent will always stay true in my heart and I would recommend anyone to join.
