I had the pleasure of dealing with Sasha. About 2 weeks ago I contacted her regarding purchasing my first dream Rolex. Right away she was very welcoming on the phone and we set up an appointment to meet and go over some options. She was very accommodating even though I was a couple minutes late and she was very sympathetic even though my fiancé was just in a car accident the night prior. We spoke and she gave me options about different type of bracelets but even though I kept going back and forth she was very patient. She took down my information and gave me a realistic timeline. Great place to shop watches and jewellery. Staff are just as excited to sell you a $600.00 Seiko as they are to sell you a $10,000 Rolex.Vicky is my go to because she’s very knowledgeable but all the staff have been great to deal with. On my last visit I was just doing research and Vicky took me for a full tour and showed me a little of everything. After about a hour I asked her what she liked best and she introduced me to Glashutte, which I was unfamiliar with. Her patience and knowledge is fantastic and I didn’t even end up buying anything that day. Sometimes I just want to see what’s new and staff seem to love just showing you the new items, even if you never intend to buy that particular peice. Was shocked they let you try on any Jacob and Co watches just for fun.Over all, it’s my favourite watch shop since moving to Oakville and I’ll be going there for a long time. I highly recommend going to talk to Sasha and Vicky, but no matter who I get on trips into the store, the whole team is pleasant and you can tell they love working there.

I had an amazing experience with Knar. I was looking for a new watch and met with Suheil. He spent the time to understand what I was looking for and spent time going through many options with me. They did not have the watch I wanted in stock, but I got a call soon after. Suheil spent time fitting the watch, going over the operational usage and care instructions. It was a great customer experience. I will definitely be back to purchase other watches.

Updated 6/23:I have since spoken to someone from Knar as they reached out to me over the phone to rectify the situation. I was impressed with their ability to take the feedback seriously and address it as professionally and timely as possible. I've changed my review to four stars and will look forward to seeing how the relationship plays out.-----------------------------------------I have visited this store once and they were friendly enough in person that I was interested in trying to work with them. I have sent a couple of emails, called to inquire about something, with a promise of a call back the following day. Have not heard back from them for three days now. I’m disappointed with their follow up… if they’re not interested in my business before even making a sale, I would be curious how their post-sale service would be.

I came with zero expectations and don't usually leave reviews, but I experienced outstanding service quality and had to share my experience. I was greeted with friendly service and Vicki looked after me while I was browsing the store's offerings. I inquired about a potential gift for my wife and I's 20th anniversary and they were able to make our wish come true. It's a misconception that you can't buy a Rolex from an authorized dealer. I originally met Taline back in September to look at getting my first Rolex. She was super helpful in helping me try on some exhibition pieces and get a feel for exactly what I wanted. She took my info and wait listed me given the high demand for Rolex and (as I expected), I knew I would be looking at a long wait.Fast forward only about 6 weeks and I got the call that my exact watch was in! I came in the following day to pick up and try on—what an amazing experience.I would recommend anyone who is looking for a timepiece to ask for Taline - hands down the best service (and the only representative at any Rolex AD I’ve visited that has shown me care and respect).
