This pharmacist loves his job and his clients! Coming in to grab prescriptions feels like greeting a family member! He remembers our face and name and makes us feel at home! And he work by himself almost every day all day long! So crazy! very impressed by his skill and customer service. 10/10!

Reda opened his pharmacy just before covid hit right beside MacEwan University campus downtown.I leave my doctors office and 10 minutes later my insurance company is telling me my claim for prescriptions has been processed. He works closely with your doctor and is proactive in every way.He sincerely cares. Let me repeat that... he sincerely cares.I was put on new meds and he spent 15 mins telling me how they interact and what to do and not to do. He remembers you. You matter to Reda.He is what all health care should and could be.

I am very thankful to Reda for going above and beyond. He was just about to close when we got there, and he worked past the closing time to call my hospital and get my prescription error resolved. He was so helpful on a stressful night. Go to his pharmacy!

Been going here for almost 2 years, Reda is the owner/pharmacist, and he is the best at his job. He really cares about his customers, they are more than just customers to him, he considers everybody friends or even family. I have never met a more dedicated person in this industry. I have never heard a negative word come from this man. He truly does take pride in his business. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone, no matter what. 5 stars is not even close to what i would rate the pharmacy and the pharmacist. If i could give 50, i would.

Our family switched to Aqua Rx about a year ago, and we've never received such caring, professional, thoughtful help before. Reda knows his field, and he has a fantastic memory for his patients, and is always happy to chat about medications and treatments and give us personal, thoughtful attention. The store is always pristine, and has basic groceries available. I'm horribly needlephobic, and Reda's the first pharmacist I've had who's been gentle and efficient enough that I can get through getting shots without having anxiety attacks - if you also hate needles but need shots, I think he's worth going to even if it's well out of your usual way; I know I'd stick with him even if I lived at the other end of town.

I had the opportunity to stop in here to pick up medications for my son who just had his wisdom teeth out. Reda got the paperwork done and had the medications prepared in a few minutes. While we waited he chatted and joked openly about our well being and if I had time he would give me my flu shot which I had been putting off. The store is small and very clean. You can tell this man takes pride in his work and really cares for his customers. If I lived downtown this would be my go to drug store. I came into this pharmacy for the first time today, and the gentleman who helped me was friendly and caring. He explained how to take the medication easily and how to take it properly. And gave advice on what to do to avoid certain side effects. Was very reassuring. Overall, it was a great experience and a very easy visit. You can tell he cares about his patients' health. Not all pharmacys are kind like he was. Would totally recommend this pharmacy. I will be going back.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for my medications for just under a year and I can confidently say I’ve never come across a pharmacist as sincere, caring and thoughtful as Reda, the pharmacist.Every time I step into his pharmacy, I genuinely feel like I’m having a conversation with a family member I haven’t seen in a while because he shows interest in everything going on in my life and tries to catch up with everything that’s happened in between visits and cares about not just how the medication affects me, but also how my courses in university are going, or how my job is going, or anything in that regard.He is active and knows his job end to end. He gets in touch with my doctor immediately when I need my prescription renewed, and even though he’s always busy doing some sort of work when I walk in to the pharmacy, he makes sure I don’t wait too long and gets his job done in a very timely manner, and reading all the other reviews, I’m sure he treats everyone the same way.If you’re thinking of switching to this pharmacy, I suggest you do it because Reda will not disappoint you. He is the best representation of how amazing healthcare can be if done right and with care. This man knows how to do his job and way more.

God bless Reda. On a rainy night, just out of hospital with my partner, our newborn child, and a pain prescription that had an error, he worked past his closing time to call the hospital, fix the prescription, and give us the meds we needed so badly. A kind, helpful and caring soul. If you are nearby, please give the big pharmacy chains a skip, go to his pharmacy, and support the friendly neighbourhood pharmacist!

Reda (the pharmacist) always goes above and beyond for his customers/patients. He is knowledgeable, professional, most importantly, INCREDIBLY CARING AND COMPASSIONATE. He even tracks all my medications and calls me several days before my medications run out to remind me I need to pick up my medications. Every time I see him has been very pleasant!
