Kareem is a great tutor , he explained all the terms to all the participants understanding , he was also willing and ready to answer all questions.I had a great time during the skills session. Red Cross Canada is definitely a good avenue to get the required skills for Standard first aid and CPR training.

I needed my first aid certificate for work. I chose First Aid Connect for their availability and price - they were less expensive than most. The teaching was very professional and interesting. Nasim was very approachable and he encouraged questions and no question was too silly or stupid to ask. I recommend this company for a first aid course/certificate.

My CPR/ AED Level C recertification is required by the end of June. I chose First Aid Connect because it met my recertification needs as well as being a convenient location. Kareem instructed the session. I found Kareem knowledgeable, friendly, and he provided an easy to understand session (both theory and practical). Even though it was a recertification, I still learned a couple of new things too. I would have no hesitation in recommending First Aid Connect (as well as Kareem) to anyone looking for available courses. Thank you First Aid Connect for proving these courses!

Karim was an exceptional instructor. Spoke loud and clear, gave many real life scenarios to help demonstrate the skills and knowledge that was being taught. Was very supportive and patience and gave honest but non judgmental feedback and guidance. I’m usually very shy and timid but felt very comfortable and confident when in class. I enjoyed the experience!

Our instructor Nasim was excellent! He held our attention, gave great examples and instructions and is an excellent presenter. I have been to many training sessions of various things, and he is the best presenter I have come across. He made the course and day enjoyable.
