The car was great! It felt new and clean as well. The service was great too! Thanks to the staff of Lloydminster branch, they’ve been very helpful specially to Yui he’s very friendly and awesome!

The ladies here are fantastic! I was having no luck with ANY of the Edmonton locations, after a week of waiting I called this location and they got me on the road 2 hours later. 10/10 all around for these gals

I had a chance to rent a vehicle from this location. And I am going to write this because my experience with the lady Brooke Fisher was wonderful. She is real asset for the company and she is managing it very well being by herself.Her customer service skills are the best to run a business like this. She is very accommodating and try to help you with all possible means.I would recommend this facility if you need a car in Lloyd. Don't look anywhere else just head there.Thanks and keep it up

Worst place and customer services I have ever seen , if company don't have enough vehicle's then they should have to closed the business this is my 7th time no car is available, staff don't know how to talk with client. Not deserving for any rating.

I was in a car accident over the weekend and my car wasnt drivable so I went to Enterprise Monday morning at 10 with my 4 year old.A woman with red hair helped me quickly and efficiently. She made a bad time a good experience by having exceptional service and just being kind in general.I used the vehicle for 26 hours, then returned it (because nissan gave me a vehicle to drive while I waited for mine to come from Edmonton) because I had it for 1 day and 2 hours she only charged me for 1 day. I feel like many places would have charged me for 2 days so I'm very appreciative of her kindness. I will always recommend Enterprise and if need be I will always use them.Thanks Again!

I rented a Dodge Charger GT here because of a minor fender bender on my car, and I gotta say that Brook and Enterprise made me losing my car for a week worth it. I initially booked a Jetta here, and Brook offered me a Charger, which was awesome. The Charger GT was great. It was spacious, had a bangin' sound system, and it freaking rips! I had a blast with the car, and I'm considering purchasing one. Brook gave me the best customer experience with renting the car, and she made it painless. After my rental was over, the handoff was very seamless, and Brook made sure that I was dropped off at my vehicle. If I had to rent a vehicle again, this would be the place where I'd go. Thank you so much, Brook, Brad, and Enterprise Lloyd!P.S. If you ever rent this car, listen to Limbo by Freddie Dredd and Big Energy by Latto on full blast. Had a great experience renting here. Car was ready and clean upon arrival. Had left an item in the car and realized my mess up after I had returned it. The first fella I spoke to said it was not found but when I called back a few weeks later and spoke to Brooke she said they had it. Thank you Brooke!

I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire on my motorcycle just past Lloydminster on my way to Manitoba to see my mother in a care home. The bike was brought to Honda - right next door - and they put another tire on and I was on my way only to have that one fail also...I really had to get to Manitoba as more restrictions were threatened for access to my Mom in the care home so Mel at Honda put a call through to Brooke who runs the Enterprise office and she came right down to give me a car...this was after hours and she didn't even bat an eye...she came in and got me fixed up and on the road to see my mom in short order. Brooke is the best and she really cares about the well being of her customers...I can't thank her enough for what she did!
