BC Ferries ⛴ Excellent choice of transportation from the greater Vancouver Area to Vancouver Island, Victoria and the Gulf Islands! Efficient, safe and clean! Love the 2hrs sailing and enjoy the wonderful scenery and sights! Economic and friendly service onboard! Truly a enjoy enjoyable experience, worth the trip!

Ferry was on time. Very organized off boarding and on boarding procedures. Ferry was Clean and well maintained.Terminal bathrooms needs better cleaning and cosmetic update.Terminal staff was friendly at front desk and ticket booth.Luggage area can be improved with staff giving better direction and checking where passengers are going to make sure luggage is boarded on the correct ferry.Overall great experience.

Nice and clean BC Ferry port. I took the ferry for the first time from Schwartz Bay and got here with the bus stop for the bus 620 to go to Vancouver. Pretty easy and swift. One can buy tickets right inside the departure bus ticket kiosk.

Great views and amenities while waiting for your ferry.A playground for littles, a grassy area for dogs, lots of picnic tables and washrooms. There is even about 10 options for food.We even saw a vending machine for dog food and treats. Pretty neat

BC Ferries is the unloved transportation centre of BC. They run a near monopoly and so are often lambasted for high prices. When all is said and done it is a disservice that successfully transports hundreds of thousands of passengers annually. They have made some improvements with better food, more entertainment and occasionally wifi that works(though it often doesn't). Staff are as friendly as they need to be not always helpful if you approach them directly. They have paid parking but are on a major bus route. Food access while waiting is on the parking step with twelve shops or the cafeteria at the end of berth five which had a load of hot and cold items.

One of a kind town, ferry terminal, shopping mall.open spaces surrounded by water, water and even more water. Easiest border crossing if you decide to visit the Point Roberts peninsula (US side). And suddenlyyou're in a resort like setting with trees, trees and more trees, again surrounded by the ocean on 3 sides. No matter where you are in Point Roberts, never more than 1 mile from the waterfront and beaches. Visit, you won't be sorry!

For me, this is the most efficient and organized ferry terminal. Getting here is easy, follow perimeter road all the way west. There are clear signs to get you to your proper departure lane. The ticket staff are always so friendly first thing in the morning. Service is quick and painless. There are washrooms and vending machines if you need them before the Quay opens at 6am. There are a lot of little shops but I appreciate the 2 coffee shops lol... Will definitely keep using this location.

I’ve never taken a ferry with a car before, so I was nervous it would be chaotic. We had reservations, so check-in was quick and easy. Everything was very straightforward. No complaints about the process. I think it is a bit expensive though. The food on the ship is average. Don’t expect anything life changing, but it will get the job done. They have a few areas to grab food and drinks, so that is very convenient. We took the ferry to and from Vancouver (Tsawwassen) to Victoria (Swartz Bay). The views were incredible.

Fast, efficient, and clean ferry terminal. We were able to book our tickets at the terminal but in future I would make the reservation as the ferries get full very quickly, especially on weekends. There is beautiful scenery to checkout in every direction. The prices are unfortunately extremely high; however, travelling on the ferry very was an enjoyable experience. Be prepared for the wind on the ferry deck.

Very unsafe when leaving the berth with your dog. Simi trailers turning at high speed no staff controlling the traffic. Someone is going to get killed. Staff also don't care and we're very rude when I brought up the safety concern.
