They sent someone out as soon as I called. They couldn't find the vehicle at first, they had actually called me to tell me they were turning around and they just happened upon the vehicle lol.Fairly quick service, great customer service! Very fair rate, will definitely use again should the need arise.

I had a belt blow and couldn't go on early in the morning but had no issues getting a flatbed out there and towed to a local parts store. Driver was nice and polite

Got ourselves into a bit of a pickle last Wednesday (17th of august) heading through quesnel. I had stopped on the shoulder so hubby could take a pic and unfortunately backed onto the soft gravel and the back end of truck started to slide further into the ditch, not even 4 wheel drive would work. As I was trying to stop myself from shaking and hubby was having a closer look a gentleman from Prism was parked and I guess could see our predicament so he came up the road and offered assistance. He parked in front, hooked on and had the truck out in no time. We asked how much and he didn't want anything, wished us a great time on our holiday (we were headed to 100 mile). Forgot to grab his name but he was very helpful and we appreciated it very much. I hope to never need tow services again but if I do I'd not hesitate to use Prism Towing! Thank you again!

Car gave me troubles just outside of quesnel. Called prism towing. They were quick friendly and towed me back to prince george. Thanks so much Darryl from coming out on a Sunday and getting me back home
