I had Westcastle Motors install a set of Mud Flaps on my 2018 GMC SLT, when they were done I checked them over. Whoever put them on was either a child or definitely had no experience whatsoever. They were crooked and uneven and looked terrible. The bill was $ 680.00 for a job that my 15 year old daughter could have done better. As a result I will no longer do business there. Granted the front service dept have awesome staff and are very easy to deal with, it's the people in the back that they have installing these items. And I do not believe it's any of the mechanics, all they had to do was use a level to ensure the mud flaps were aligned. Never again Westcastle, never again...that's twice you have screwed me without kissing me....

My husband and I were coming through to go sledding in Fernie. Our transmission was shot in my husbands work truck. The minute we got to the dealership they were already calling around for a rental. They found us a truck in Lethbridge and gave us a loaner to go pick up the rental. Words do not describe how grateful we are receiving this kind of service. They were very understanding and sympathetic regarding our situation. Thank you so much to the service department.

I recently purchased a 2020 GMC Terrain and can’t say enough good about it. Along with having a classic look, it is comfortable inside, is a dream to drive and I’m thoroughly enjoying the all the technology that GM has designed in it.Westcastle has been a complete pleasure to deal with! Went in to see about a used truck. Met up Jeff and he let us take a couple out for a drive. And purchased the one we liked. Just traded my car for truck at WESTCASTLE, was never a fan of dealerships, but the truck I wanted was on their website. So, I drove in, checked out the truck, really liked the shape of it, and went inside. The salesperson, Roxanne, was friendly,but more importantly for me, NOT pushy, sat and chatted, I took truck for test ride. Came back and talked price, trade in value, and came to a very fair agreement. I was a bit surprised at the very relaxed atmosphere, If your happy, buy it, if not, what can we do, if anything.. ..Tell you, best experience buying car yet..Arnold

My experience with Westcastle Motors was excellent. I am picky and ask a lot of annoying questions but was made to feel comfortable doing so. A positive and friendly reception from sales to the business office. I swore I wouldn't purchase but they offered me an excellent deal on a maintenance plan that I couldn't resist and that has worked out great for me. I would recommend Westcastle to anyone looking for a vehicle new or used.
