Terrible business. On each visit they will try to dispatch ASAP. I had the same service from the same guy, and today I went, and there was a young lady, but she was equally rude and in a rush to get me out of there ASAP. I had a few questions regarding which product was fit for my device but she was not willing to help me or guide me at all so I just went with the same pod I all ready had out of pressure, but I will not be going back.

Terrible customer service here. When asked if they have a menu of what twelve monkeys juices the girl working replied “no” with no further info I had to start throwing out some names. When I said Matata she replied “nope sold that”. Her attitude was snarky and rude. I won’t be going back I’ll go to other vape stores with knowledgeable and happy staff.

Not only is this store a bit more pricey, their return policy is terrible. 2/3 of a pod pack they sold me tasted like burning fire. The fellow working there told me that it was probably me who had caused the malfunction. As if I haven't been buying pods for the last few years. Other stores at least offer a discount for selling bad product. Spend your money elsewhere

*****UPDATE******Owner replies here to contact…. So I did with no reply yet. Very poor customer service!These guys sold me juice that is bad. Picked up a flavor and brand that I buy all the time and this time the flavour was clearly off. It tastes like something is wrong. Went back with my reciept and they told me they won’t do anything about it. So they could care less if they sell you garbage product or not. They don’t stand behind their products

Great shop and staff. When I came to them with my broken tank (and broken heart) the young lady did a fantastic job to help me pick a new one that suited my needs and within my price range. I urge anyone to check them out. I have to mention great owner and managers. Rude guy seems to be gone and only the nice knowledgeable ladies are running the store.

Good chain for vape accessories and pods. It's good to have one that spans across Canada so you can find a place to resupply. I've only used one type but I do know they have extensive collection of products, you'll probably be able to find something.

UPDATE: Still no response or even a call back from Ron the district manager. So much for priding yourselves in exceptional customer service.Extremely horrible service. 2/3 of my pods are defective for 3 of packs that I purchased and head office apparently can’t do anything about it. Way to lose business.

This location is terrible. Last time I went in looking for coils for my tank the lady said mod boxes are too grey area legally and none of the Vape Street stores carry what I'm looking for... the item I was looking for was on their website and I purchased it from their North Vancouver location the following morning. Despite this store being minutes from my house, I take the extra time to go elsewhere because more often than not my juice and coils are not in stock or as of recently they apparently don't carry some coils at all.
