Good cookies but always closes 1hour or more earlier on weekends. Never on time indicated online or at mall. Depends on staff in.... some stay the actual time they are supposed too.

As someone who has been vegan for a couple of years, I was really excited to learn about Major's—even more so that it's Black Owned! I love the goodies here, especially the cold-pressed juices and the cookies, and the customer service from the workers makes going in that much more enjoyable. However, I wasn't too pleased with upper management/owners, and found that the way they approached a situation regarding their products that were gifted to me, unprofessional, embarrassing, and quite passive-aggressive. I received minimal compassion and understanding, and as someone who has worked in customer-service, to me, showing compassion and understanding to customers is essential. You don't really know what people are going through in their lives, and it's important to be kind and genuine :)

I just had the grape juice today. I was thirsty when I was looking for an actual healthy drink and found them. Eco-friendly products that I highly recommend for trying. Price was reasonable for the Juice.

Delicious cookies! I loved the birthday cake cookie. The ackee and tofu patty was very tasty, but the jerk chicken was my favourite. The food was healthy and full of flavour. The customer service was excellent as well. I will definitely recommend Major's to my family and friends!

Major's Cookies is a vegan cookie shop originating from Toronto with a now permanent stand alone shop in Square One. SO glad it's here for good!! There are three flavours: Chocolate Chip, Dark Chocolate Chip and Cinnamon Raisin. They are freshly baked everyday, super moist and a healthier alternative to cookies. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any choice.

The cold pressed juice is deliciously awesome!! I will be back for another bottle!! Well worth the money!! Plus, the customer service!
