Thalal is friendly and quick to respond. The place I rented was clean and perfect for my living requirements.Only complaints are the main floor has a bad smell, and some cabinets have water spots in them.

Living here from more than 5 years, nice and safe place for families. Really appreciate all Boardwalk services. Efficient and professional staff.

Often we go there to visit some relative living in there...the place is aweful, often stinks along the hallways I've never seen anyone cleaning it, the apartment are small and reduced to bear minimum... I'm so glad i own my own place in nw Lol

I would like to appreciate the Eric the maintenance associate for all his help really appreciate his great customer service. I am very happy with the office staff as they are very helpful.

Tahlal is not professional at all. He has given my sister so many problems in the past 3 months. They took her rent out 3 times last month, then when she called to talk to him about it he argued with her and laughed at her. I heard everything as the call was on Bluetooth in the car. Now he is trying to make her pay the NSF fees and the stop payment fees. He is not professional at all, I would not recommend him to anybody. So glad that I chose not to go with board walk and went elsewhere........

Love this amazing place. I have been living in this apartment from last 6 months. Super clean apartments, nice community and nice staff. I would like to say special thanks to management staff Mr. Thalal Hussain. He is an amazing person, always eager to help all residents and quickly resolve all issues. I hope they will keep maintain the good environment and there best services in future as well. Thanks
