I dealt with several life obstacles just like most of us this yr but this guy Bruce -owner is 100% willing to work with you if your honest and show some level of effort around $$$ payments. I went to a car dealership to finance a car and my salesman financed me under Drive Finance with a bunch of broken promises abbot how if I wait a year I will be able to refinance and get a car I actually want blah blah ect.. Well after 16 months of paying for a car that did not even meet my families needs and many attempts t trade in or refinance I was unsuccessful. I called Drive Finance really mad and told them to take the car and shove it basically. I was very rude to Chantal on the phone as I was tired of being screwed around and lied too. After I was able to calm down Chantal helped me figure out a way that I could get out of the car and not have it negatively affect my credit. She listened to me and worked with me and actually helped through the process and returning the car to the car lot and argued with them for me.I found Chantal to be a lot of help and told me if I ever need her help in the future regarding any questions around credit or purchasing a vehicle I can call her.I am grateful for Chantal

I was financed by Drive Finance Canada through Mike Crippen at Parkers in the Okanagan.It was easy to get approved and with pretty poor to no credit prior.I needed a reliable vehicle for me and my family and hadn't used my credit in years and had poor credit before that, I went in expecting to be denied even though, yes I made mistakes when I was young but I just wanted to better my quality of life and credit.Mike at parkers made it easy and a good experience, he was very understanding and open minded and looked at my reasons and not my credit. Mike was amazing, and thank you very much for giving me this opportunity Drive Finance Company.4 stars cause I didn't get to choose the vehicle I wanted, my selection was blue 2012 gmc terrain or a blue 2012 gmc terrain, haha, only one option that kinda sucked but wasn't horrible really the terrain has been great.
