Super nice, friendly staff. The GM came out and helped us out with a flat. Didn't even charge us, and this was during rush hour / closing time.

Randy at the Marine Drive store in Vancouver is awesome. He took me in without an appointment and did an analysis on my tire that was leaking air. He gave me a bunch of options. These guys are truly genuine and not in it to make a quick buck. THANK YOU for the exceptional service Randy.

First time looking for wheels and tires online, used their chat function to ensure all compatible since going from 17” to 16” size wheel for my old civic, and then paid deposit online. Shop called me once tires arrived from the East coast to make an appointment for installation. On that day I was in/out within one hour. Smooth process by friendly staff. Recommend to other shoppers.

Excellent! Bought a set of winter wheels for my new car - process was seamless. Had them delivered to the shop and Jim help me fine-tune my order (lugs, etc.). Thanks Jim for the excellent service. No hesitation on recommending - I will return for any other tire/wheel needs.

Just went their to get flat tire repair done. Even though warranty has expired they did it as complimentry as it had expired 6 months ago. Going back to them for tires when that time comes.

Very good service. Like 10 guys working on your car to get it in and out in under 30mins. Very happy and they went above and beyond to not only swap tires but fit check and change of rims! All under 30mins. Impressive!

Overall great experience. Ordered rims to pair with my current tires and sensors. It took 7 days to ship from back east and they booked me a day after they arrived to have them installed in less than an hour.

Randy and his crew hooked me up with a set of Falken Wildpeaks a day before my ski trip on short notice. They were able to get my tires and wheels balanced exactly on time. Service A++++. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Price was cheaper than anywhere I called too.
