DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE. PLEASE BE AWARE. I bought an L Shaped sofa with a built in bed from their Hamilton store. I tried it out in the store and it seemed comfortable. The one they sent me was not the one I bought. The cushions were so hard one could not sit on it. The store/company would not do anything for me. I took the cushion to a sofa maker and he said the foam in my cushion is not used for a sofa. Instead it is used in seating on heavy machinery equipment or large trucks. No help from company

I recommended this place after my brother told me about it. In my business of home repairs and renos, you got to be careful of who to stand behind. After I bought, I have sent them many people. I am writing this because they actually sent me a Tim's Gift basket for all of the people who have come to them. That's how business should be run. Good product with better service. I have been in business for over 28 years.

Do not give these people your money or time. I went into the store to look around and sat down on a couch to test it out and the store employee told me not to sit on the furniture or put my bag on a table". He was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Even after I apologized (for doing nothing wrong) he continued to be rude. I am never stepping foot back into this store and suggest you should not waste your time either."

Very nice service from the store. No pressure when looking around. Better experience than a Bad Boy or Leons. Competitive prices. Delivery staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend stopping in and look around if in the market for new furniture.

Chelsea Furniture was so patient with me as they had tons of fabrics to choose from, and they stayed open when the store closed to accommodate my extreme pickiness :) The price points are reasonable for the quality of the furniture. Anita in Oshawa was pleasant to deal with. The delivery men were professional and friendly. I highly recommend Chelsea Home Furniture Oshawa Centre located across from Chapters.
