Truly great customer service. Friendly and family run. The carpets looked fantastic when they were finished! My husband and I live in a dingy apartment building whose carpets have seen better days, but Pure made them look like new. Would use again for sure!

There should be a NEGATIVE review on this company. They quoted a price. Didn't show up. Rescheduled for the next Saturday. Didn't show up. Offered discounts both times. Scheduled Sunday 4.15. Didn't show up. I rescheduled new furniture delivery to accommodate their failure to show up. Don't recommend to any one...
