I recently visited EZ Rides and was blown away by their amazing selection of electric bikes. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding the perfect bike for my needs. The store was clean and well organized, making the shopping experience a breeze. The bikes themselves are top of the line. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for an electric bike. Five stars all around.

For the last couple months I’ve been visiting E-bike stores in Ontario as I have been in the market for one. Every one I went to felt off, or sketchy until I ran into this one. Could tell immediately staff was very professional and definitely the best looking store and inventory I’ve seen yet in person! They gave me a good deal and a feeling of community right away. If you’re looking for an actual honest and fair e-bike place with knowledgeable staff you’ve found it! Thanks for all the help Ez rides!

These guys are awesome. They explained everything about the new bikes and scooter we purchased. They looked after us when we had questions after the sale. Love the electric bikes and the scooter and would highly recommend EZ Rides.

I just got my scooter there today and Tyler went above and beyond today. It was his day off but he still went in to make sure it was all ready for me. He even called to make sure I got home safely. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tyler for the wonderful service.

Just bought my a taubik e-bike from ez rides and I’m so happy with my purchase. A Guelph based father/son company. I was able to spend ample time looking at all models to find the best one for me. Taylor was the best. Taking time for all our questions. Competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff and they even got me the seat I really wanted. If you are in the market for an E bike, check out ez rides and ask for Taylor. The bike is backed by the company as well as the store. The quality is impressive. I’ve ridden others and this is my favourite.

Excellent customer service. Gavin was very patient with me as I asked a zillion (some stupid) questions . In the end he helped me pick the perfect mobility scooter for my elderly father. I look forward to coming back to look at the ebikes!

EZ Rides - Belleville - Beware of horrible customer service, an inept repairs department, and a lack of accountability for errors they make that cost the customer time and money.They neglected to check a simple blown fuse when they had our battery for over a week (after which they tried to sell us a new battery, for $400, as a replacement for a perfectly good one!!!) and then did not do anything to compensate for the time and money we wasted.We had to drive over an hour to a dealer that doesn’t even sell that brand of bike for THEIR mechanics to figure out the problem.Also, parts fell off the bike we purchased from EZ Rides (first, the kick stand, and then, the derailleur guard), and EZ Rides didn’t even program the bike correctly in the first place (which they are supposed to do), so some of the settings were wrong and there is no comprehensive manual for customers for the Taubik Bolt 2.0 they sell so that we can figure out how to correct those factory settings. They have a limited manual, but it’s incomplete.We won’t seek further assistance from EZ Rides for anything, even though my nephew has had the bike only a few months and it’s still supposed to be under warranty.See the attached photo of the ‘hidden’ fuse they neglected to check or tell us about. It took mechanics from a different dealer that doesn’t sell that brand of bike to find it. No compensation, not even an apology, from EZ Rides for all the time and money we spent figuring out the problem on our own. EZ Rides held on to our battery for over a week and didn’t try changing that fuse??I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I wish I’d read this information before I encouraged my nephew to buy that Taubik bike from EZ Rides. If I’d known to expect such bad customer service from EZ Rides, I would have encouraged my nephew to buy a different brand of e-bike from a different dealer.

Thank you to Jordan and Gavin at EZ-ride for solving my problems and going beyond what was expected, and also to the owner of EZ-Rides for providing a bike at an exception price. We took it out for the first time last night and my fiancée thoroughly enjoyed the ride, and we used very little of the battery power even though we travelled across town from one end to the other.

Impressive inventory selection! Lots of bikes at different price points so I could pick out what worked for me :) staff were helpful with explaining the different ranges of each bike!

Worked with Brandon to finally get the bike I’ve always wanted. Super friendly staff and an easy experience to say the least. Definitely worth the investment!!!
