I purchased a gift card over the phone for my mom for Christmas. They took my payment information, issued a gift card, and confirmed that my mom would have no trouble using it. Fast forward to March: my mom calls to book a massage using the gift card number I was given, and a week later when she arrives to have the massage she is told that the gift card wasn’t valid—that the payment hadn’t gone through.It’s such abysmal customer service that she was allowed to book the appointment without being told that the card never went through. Inconsiderate at best and underhanded at worst. Furthermore, I was told over the phone that the card was good to go—why was I told that, and wasn’t I contacted when it didn’t go through? Completely unacceptable.

I have been going to Angie for 8 years. She is professional, friendly and has a great sense of humour. She always always takes her time to ensure great service. It’s like visiting a friend. The place is clean and welcoming. My mom has been going to Jamil for the same length of time and is very happy with her professionalism, friendliness and great service.

This spa is awesome and very reasonably priced. Angie was amazing for my pedicure and waxing. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very relaxed during my treatments.I truly recommend this spa for all your pampering needs. Fabulous experience.. will be back for sure

I'm always greeted warmly by the staff. Their pedicure service is the one I usually take and I've always been happy with Jamil's gentleness and professionalism.

I’ve been going to Obri Spa for 6 years and I love all the services that have I received over the years. Jamila and Ange are friendly and welcoming and do a fantastic job. The spa is clean and the products used both smell and feel amazing. Prices are very reasonable with no compromise on the quality of service. I highly recommend this spa!

This is the second time my mom and I have come to this spa for our mother daughter pedicures. Jamil and Angie are fantastic, super friendly and they do a really great job. Our feet feel very pampered! Highly recommend!

I love Angie! What a great person! It’s like a pleasant visit with a sweet friend. I moved away from Maple Ridge to White Rock and I still drive all the way to Obri to see Angie. She has done a variety of treatments for me. She really is very skilled at everything and extremely accommodating too. I Highly recommend her!!

Obri Day Spa is incredible! There service is the absolute best. I visit them every time I am in town. Best eyebrows I’ve ever had done.

If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would. I’ll never forget the day I went for my first ever Full Leg & Brazilian wax at Obri Day Spa and the lady burnt me SO badly and ripped off my skin in such sensitive area’s. Please be super careful and weary of this place to ensure this does not happen to you. Their costumer service also sucks. They did not offer me a refund or help rectify the situation in any way. Oh, not to mention the lady doing my wax (who was also the assistant manager) proceeded to ask me extremely personal questions. Her facial expressions said it all. She looked disgusted in me and was very judgmental towards my responses. I never recommend anyone to go here… ever.
