The Lash and Brow Studio West Edmonton

I was in a pinch and had to find someone to do my lashes and the only place that had space was The Lash and Brow Studio in St. Albert so I do appreciate businesses like this that keep their schedule up to date and can get procrastinators like me in.Brittany was friendly and professional.The studio is okay. Could use bed covers to hide all the staining from the tints on the bed to make it look more appealing to lay down on.Now for the lashes, oh boy. When we first finished up, I took a quick look and they were fine, just a little lighter than I've ever had a hybrid set I thought. When I got home, I took a better look. There's 10-15 lashes in each inner corner that have no lashes and when I started going through my lashes with my tweezers, there's a significant amount of natural lashes that should've been lashed. Most new sets whether it's classic, hybrid or volume take at least two hours. We were done in less than 1.5 hours as their website states when you book, but if they would take the extra 30-45 minutes that other salons give themselves, they could've been so much better. I paid $200 with tip to come home and fill them myself (certified lash artist).It was a good experience during my appointment, but the outcome was very disappointing.

Ive been putting off writing this review for awhile, being a business owner. I would absolutely hate to receive a poor review. Unfortunately, it also takes a really long time for eyelashes to grow back.I booked a lash lift, last minute before my trip. I felt super lucky that they had an opening for me, usually I get lash extensions before a trip, but I really didn’t have three hours and my gf always raves about getting lash lifts. Unfortunately, the location she goes to was a two week wait.My service providers name I believe was Megan, she was nice and she seemed lovely enough. During my session, I asked if I could have my brows laminated and tinted as well. I’ve seen this look on a lot of girls, and I love it. She kind of hesitated but decided she would do it for my anyway. I felt super lucky.Ive had my brows waxed many times before but she also cut my brow hair super short which I did not expect. I thought brow lamination was meant to keep the natural length of the brow with emphasis on brushing them up. I left with super skinny brows that looked like I fell out of the year 2000… I was freaking out when I got home but I talked myself down… brows grow back… and I have an eyebrow pencil..now the lamination part didn’t really work, my brows just continued to follow their normal shape, even if I brushed them up. The little nubs left from the cutting would just fall back…Now the eye lashes, I really thought it was weird that my lashes were pushed right up on the lid, but again, excited about my trip and never having them done before, I thought it was normal and they would eventually relax and go down to normal. Some of it did and some of it didn’t , my lash line is still sore more then 6 weeks later and most of my lashes have completely singed off…I googled when a lash lift goes wrong and all the results are what have happened to me. I believe my lashes were over processed, and now I’m left with barely any lashes… again it will grow back…and thank god for fake eyelashes and eye envy. BUYER BEWARE.Again, im sorry for having to write this but I have barely any lashes left.

Hi! I visited the lash and brow studio St. Albert today for my first time, and it was an outstanding experience! Karly did a phenomenal job on my brows. I had a wax and tint done. It’s exactly what I was hoping for. She was wonderful to talk to, very friendly and warm. She deserves more than 5 stars! Great experience I couldn’t have hoped for a better start to my Saturday. Karly does my eyelash extensions (and I recently got an eyelash lift and tint). All I can say is I will never have my eyelashes touched by anyone else! She is the best of the best! She always makes sure I am nothing but in love with them before walking out.

I had my eyebrows laminated a second time by Karly, because she did such a great job the first time and now I’m hooked. They look nice and fluffy and she listens to any suggestions I have. She’s wonderful and I would definitely recommend everyone to see her for eyebrow lamination!

Great experience, lovely location, good music. The place is a little hard to find because it has no sign (and google shows the wrong storefront). FYI it’s between Page Cleaners and Orange Theory Fitness! 10/10 would recommend.

It was my first time doing any eyebrow tinting and I saw Nikki and she was amazing. She was so great at explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable I highly recommend her and will forsure be returning to her in the future
