My husband and I have dealt with the Bank of Montreal over 35 years now in Alberta and here in Ontario. We have always been treated well but I must say this branch in Wallaceburg has been the best. Sarah and her team are wonderful, helpful and kind.

If I could give 0 stars I would the financial planner there is horrible. She moved over $6000 of my money to a different account without my permission and when I alerted the bank nothing was done. How is it legal for for her to stop my transaction and move the money somewhere else without consiquences. Even head office didn't care and I found out from others this isn't the first time they've done this.

A BMO machine malfunction decided to eat my card in tilbury. Tried to get a new card with no help. It was suggested the info I had to prove it was me could be stolen. Including my drivers driver's license with bank notes. I had to go to my home branch. My home branch will have a verification procedure that wallaceburg could of done. Such a inconvenience that had nothing to do with my actions.
