Definitely a wam bam thank you Sam type of business, missed a few spots underneath, will definitely go somewhere else for my other 2 vehicles

Avoid at all costs. My daughter (22) took her brand new car here to get rust proofed. They got the product everywhere, even on her steering wheel. They definitely DID NOT clean the car after. She now has to spend more money getting it professionally detailed as she has tried herself to get the product off her car. They even sprayed the plastic fender liners. The engine bay is covered. To make matters worse they didn’t clean her windshield, so once she got on the 401, she couldn’t see due to the glare.I have video and pictures to prove all of it.

Definitely not going back to Krown Belleville, these people are not true to their word at this location and the service is not the same as it was last year so now I'm not sure the undercoating is even done right anymore. They definitely did not clean the product off the paint surfaces just only the windows were cleaned unlike last year the whole vehicle was washed.

In 2009/2010 we had a car sprayed. Wasn't overly impressed.In 2017/2018/2019 I had a car sprayed and wow did they spray this car. Well covered. They did a great job on the car again! They sprayed for us - an SUV, van and car.The lady at the front counter was super nice. She informed me of promotions, warranty/guarantee (turns out doesn't apply to 2 of our vehicles), service cycle (1 year), etc etc. I ask lots of questions. She had lots of answers.They washed down each vehicle when it was done. I brought them in clean and dry for application.Thank you to the technicians that did the spray.My rules for my cars*Make sure the car is clean before I bring it in.*Make sure the under body isn't dirty of salt crusted*Make sure the car is dry and has been dry for a couple days so all the little crevices are dry.

I brought my 2022 civic here to get rust proofed and they gave me my car back a mess. they sprayed my plastic fender liners, my plastic headlights. the inside of my car was a mess i didn’t know my steering wheel, door pads and radio could rust. when i was given my car back it was obvious they didn’t clean it at all except for maybe a little spray of water on it. i have had to spend over a day trying to clean it but i still have to go and get it done professionally detailed because my car is coated in oil. you would think they would at least clean my windshield so i can see, but no they didn’t, because i got on the 401 to come home after my appointment and couldn’t see a thing because of the thick layer of oil on my window. if i knew this is how i would get my car back i would have went to oshawa or toronto where i know they would have returned it in a decent way.

Quality service and friendly staff! I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and they took me right away, had me out the door and on my way in less than half an hour with a free calendar. I will definitely be back.

Krown in Belleville always do a great job when rust coating my truck. I've been here numerous times over the years and have no problem recommending them to anyone for their rust control needs.

Very friendly and always punctual. Have had my car spayed since new and no rust yet. The real test is when rust forms will they cover it under their new car warranty. I will post if that day ever comes.

Great staff, very thorough, and it was only 30 minutes, I can't believe it and I watched them.
