Very happy with communication, timeliness, and professionalism. Installed security door, ceiling fan, medicine cabinet, towel rack, and vertical blinds. Took care of disposal. The technician was timely arriving 5 mins early, courteous and a great problem solver while on the job. He also took the time to communicate with me via the app throughout the day before he came to do the job. He guided me through which items to purchase so that he could move quickly to complete everything when he arrived. And also offered to pick them up on my behalf. Additionally, he was careful to keep things clean and neat and tidied up after he completed the work.

Not only did the company install a new faucet in our bathroom, he patched up the necessary walls and was able to match the color of paint perfectly. To our pleasant surprise he was able to adjust the shower water temperature on the new faucet to our liking. We liked the idea of the company having liability insurance and the fact that the contractors are bonded. We will certainly work with the company again. Thank you for your expertise.

I've never had a more positive experience with a handyman. The front door needed to be painted and I wanted to hang some art, blinds and hanging a lot of art, some stylish window dressings and a large television set. A friend told me I should contact Bowmanville Handyman Solutions and am I glad I did! Through four visits, they were always on time, very professional and were working from the moment they arrived to when they left.

Booked with these guys because of great reviews, unfortunately that was not my experience. I had an appt for between 11-1 to have my dryer vent cleaned out. I called at 2:30 to inquire if someone was still coming because I had heard nothing. Was assured someone would call me shortly to let me know the eta. By 5:45 I called again and was told the cleaners phone was going straight to voicemail. I was then asked if I would like to rebook, to which I had to stop myself from laughing. No thanks, I'll book with someone who cares enough to show up and deserves my money.
