I waiting more than 2 years to see if there is any difference, but the same as last visit for me there is many issuesDisadvantages1- The waiters not get enough and proper training about services and hospitality2- The food came cold and the quality of the kabab not good for second dishes, as you can see in the picture, the piece of kabab it look like some one smash it, and the bread was burned3- The food came and bottle of water not coming yet4- Waiting time to get your order very long, specially Thursday night not busy at all.Advantage1- Decoration of the restaurant very nice and Iraqi vintage2- Good idea if you have a small party3- They have a traditional way to cook the fish on real Charcoal, but if you want to try you need to order hour ahead

We came from Ottawa to Mississagua and we couldn’t miss trying this place that we hear a lot about and it definitely didn’t disappoint! Let me start about the place itself, very fancy and nice and the decor is very inviting. Even the washrooms are well decorated but unfortunately we’re dirty so hope they take better care of them!They have a variety of juices, we tried the mint lemonade and was very refreshing.Food was fresh, yummy and flavourful. I highly recommend their dolma, I ate Dolma before but never that good! The kabob is nice but you find this everywhere else.Service was good but one thing we didn’t understand was water! They said they don’t provide tap water and only bottled water. This definitely makes no sense but wen we’re too hungry to argue lol!

This is the first time we tried Iraqi cuisine. Lamb is the speciality of this restaurant. They cooked the lamb for 6 Horus and served in fresh bread dipped in tomato stew. The stew was well cooked and balanced. We also tried chicken and kabob (minced lamb) meal, served with basmati rice and french fries. There is plenty of space for large gathering. The ambience is well done and clean so are the washrooms.

We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. The ambience is really nice and food quality was also very good. I had the Quzi and it was fall off the bone tender. I did use some hot sauce because it lacked some flavor. Chicken Tikka was very tender. Spicy potatoes were the hit! Iraqi kabob and shawarma was good as well. I wouldn’t get the shawarma again though.
