Very disorganized. When we came in, we were next to be served. The person taking the order was in training. It more than 10 minutes for the employee to process the customer's order. He was obviously stuggling. I understand that it will be slower if the employee is being trained, but the poor kid was left on his own. It would have made more sense if another employee was there beside him helping him out.In my opinion, it appeared that there was enough staff on hand. While I was waiting, I noticed one employee who seemed to be looking for something to do. I watched him walk from one end of the prep area to the other end no less than three times without ever doing anything that I could see. He might have been able to help the new employee serve coffee and fulfill the doughnut orders.But that's not the issue. We placed our order for the new Loaded Bowls, paid for the order and waited. About 10 minutes later, I was told that they were out of bowls. What??? Understandable that they might run out of a menu item. What irked me was that the staff didn't seem to be aware of that. They should have been aware and advised the person taking the order that there were no more bowls. We then could have made the decision to choose another menu item or to go elsewhere. So a total of 20 minutes or so of wait time just to find out what we ordered wasn't available.Sad......

Worst food provided. And worst customer service. Ordered extra toasted with butter. This is what they gave me. This is my full order. Not even satisfied with food or customer service. Never had such experience. No sugar in triple triple Coffee or chai tea.

Ordered the vanilla latter with coconut and got a black coffee with a vanilla pump. So gross. Won't go there again!

i usually don’t write reviews, but this tim hortons has the worst service i’ve ever experienced. there were flies where the donuts and muffins are, the staff was extremely slow, lots of people seemed to just be standing around and talking. when i finally received my food about 15 minutes later, it was the wrong order. i handed it back and told the cashier that i had just ordered a wrap. she then proceeded to quickly make my wrap without effort and then slid the package across the counter without a bag.truly horrible customer service. save your time and money and don’t go here.

Asked for Spicy Buffalo crispy chicken wrap, they were about to give me a bagel sandwich, they remade the spicy Buffalo wrap in wraps but this time no Buffalo sauce? We like to stop at any service center when we go for a long drive. This location, staff are nice. Washroom is clean. There is A&W and subway. Gas station is at the location too. Lots of parking for sure. There is no line up. And mask mandate is over in Ontario. But if optional those who still want to use.

I received a terrible service and attitude from the old lady in the cashier.Two times I went to buy something for breakfast and two times I saw disorder and had to wait long time for a tea and a croissant.Also I received there the worst Ice Cap in my two years in Canada, horrible taste.Definitely the place need organization and in general teach employees some customer service and etiquette .i hope next time I can see a better service

All the staff seemed lost, and visibly didn't care. Some erasing orders not yet fulfilled causing backlog with the drive and inside orders, the sandwich station girl voicing out she just want to die" when asked where shes at with the orders. All of them running their feet on the floor and stepping on each others toes. The cashier unable to take a simple order without saying "i dont know how
