First time going to Modern nails, I had a lady named Ro (doubt I spelt her name right). However, she took her time and did such an amazing job! Definitely will be returning!

Always get exactly what we want every time, sometimes we might have to wait however, the wait IS worth it! I usually use Kelly but she’s gone for a bit and now I use her brother and WOW! Amazing massage and great attention to detail in both pedicures and manicures. Such great positive energy, a joy to be around everyone in there. I have and will continue to recommend this business to friends and family.

I've been using the service here for a while. Supper friendly staffs . No hidden fees. This time I got a pedicure with gel polish and the girl did amazing job. I am pregnant so she was very carefully and gentle. We also had a fun conversation about names for the baby. I highly recommend this place.

Perhaps making an appointment isn’t their thing. I called ahead and booked for 1:00. Arrived on time and Was told to take a seat. I waited for over 45 minutes! All the chairs were full and apparently they had just begun 5 women ahead of me plus 2 pedicures. It wouldn’t have been near so annoying if a walk in for a pedicure just now was told to come back in 15 .As I write this I’m in the chair with the color picked but no technician.he’s apparently busy on a pedicure now….So From my experience I’d say take your chances by waking in or book somewhere else. 2 stars is generous.

very disappointed with the service I had to pay $30 to remove my nails and cut my cuticles when the table said $10 to remove and they charged me $20 more to removemycuticles, the employees don’t disinfect them equipment between each client and adds $10 to each small request from the client, very unsatisfied. even the manager was rude to us and speaking in her language.Response: just to confirm that you are lying. when I was there you said the exact opposite of that. not to mention the fact that you have nothing to do with the satisfaction of your customers

Bad experience, I paid 45 dollars , I wasn’t satisfied with the result it was too badly done the shape and the final result.I had to remove the permanent nail polish on the field before going out. Each time you ask for something they tell you to add an extra 10 dollars more. I will never come back to them .My nails weren’t even acrylic plus the fact that I didn’t ask them to change the price for me all I want is a good quality that will satisfy me and if it does I will pay extra and leave tips for the girl.

I went with my mother for my birthday present and the gentleman that did my toenails was wonderful, I asked them if they could do my fingernails as well and they got me in. Would definitely go again and they even can do designs on your nails. And they were greatly priced I would definitely recommend Modern Nails.
