Excellent customer service, thanks to Matthew who advocated warranty service for an Allegro convection heater. He made contact with Oulett Canada in Quebec for the required part and Larry Lennon Electric in Sturgeon Falls to do the repair. Much appreciated for your assistance.

The guy working the front desk is the only reason I completely avoid this place. He's extremely rude every time and can't wait to get you out of the store. He always seems very inconvenienced that you're in there. Horrible attitude which really reflects poorly on the business as he's often the only person you interact with when coming here. As an electrical contractor this is one of the last places I will go just because dealing with him is so unpleasant.
