This store is so cute! We were walking down the street today and had our eyes peeled for a dog bowl since it was a pretty warm day. Well this place had a whole cooling station with bowls, spray bottles, and cooling mats!! We went in and immediately my pup was offered one of her favorite treats (beef liver). We bought a bag of those for the walk around town. (Ice cream is not from this store, but they do sell dog ice cream!)

Very nice store! Perfect quality products. Everyone was very friendly. There was a mistake in our subtotal and when we mentioned it they apologized and resolved it . Then they gave us a small gift for the mix up! Top notch customer service. Also they only carry the best brands and they are very friendly with dogs that visit. Would definitely recommend!

Unique gem of a store! I needed a harness and had to get some cute signs and a stuffed duck while I was there. Owners were helpful, knowledgable and friendly..Nice assortment of food, treats, toys, and gear.. Lots of tourist stuff

We are so lucky to have an awesome pet store so conveniently on the high street in Banff. My dog Vixxie loves to visit. Miho is a font of doggie knowledge and really helps make sure I buy the things we need!

I found Saskatchewan rider sweaters and bandanna for my Cane Corso puppy Ryder ….very hard to found this in Calgary… I wish they carried a 4 or 5 xl in the sweater…I also got my puppy a new mountain collar( too small need to get xl one ) back to Banff I go …The $17 toy did not last long ..

Cute little store, friendly staff and a great choice of pet accessories. I’d add more bulk tears (I.e. chews, bully sticks) and raw bones. The bakery is fun!

Great products and friendly staff. Staff always ask if they can provide a treat! Now my dog refuses to walk by without pulling me towards the entrance. He knows exactly which store is for him! They carry Kong and Rocky Mountain Dog which is our go to for supplies.

This place is very vibrant and my dogs seem to like it as well. The staffs were very nice, and I enjoyed the pretty store as well as the welcoming staffs.
