Huge thankyou to this store, for getting me back on the road after a newly purchased tire failed. They got me loaner tire while they brought in a replacement tire under warranty. I will be back.Thank you again

If I could give Mallory & her team more than 5 stars I would. They went above & beyond to help me out when I found a nail in my tire at the airport parking lot -- and my car dealership refused to help. They checked the tire, liaised with my car dealer to get me a tire, arranged for a rental car, and took my car to dealership since they didn't think it was safe for me to drive. Awesome service!

Charged $650 for a transmission fluid change on a 3.5L V6 F150. Should have reached out to management at the time. I guess the apprentices were unskilled, went on lunch, and I paid for it.

The 2 women in the front were very helpful, courteous, and were able to squeeze my emergency repair in their busy day. The mechanic who fixed my tires was also courteous and interactive. The only downside was that I didn't get to meet Minno (the owner's dog) that everyone looks forward to seeing there. Oh well, next time I come in, because I will go there again for my tire needs.

I asked for a quote on rims and a mount twice and they never called back.I asked for a winter tire swap and she said they're booked for a month. The traffic in and out of this shop is nil. Clearly not busyA friend took in one car tire for service and she said they were to busy.Another colleague took a vehicle in and without care or concern she said they never got to it.The lady running the counter doesn't care. The look and tone in her voice is like oh well""

Zero stars. These are not mechanics and they shouldn't be allowed to touch a vehicle. Overfill the oil, can't do a simple tire swap without removing the tires from the rims apparently. All they had to do was bolt on two winters on rims and they couldn't manage that. They aren't observant and miss obvious issues and are constantly trying to upsell. Take your car anywhere else.

HUGE thank you to Nicole and this branch! My vehicle’s tire picked up a nail and needed to be repaired. I took it in and they looked after me right away. They also caught that the tire was damaged past repair and got me a replacement fast! This was very important to me because I was on holiday with my family and safety was my top priority!
