Budds' Imported Cars - Jaguar Land Rover

As always service was seamless. From booking (happy to get in on my schedule) to getting the car back earlier than promised, all good. The offer of an office to work in, although declined, was a bonus I will accept another time. Pleasant people too. Service advisor Tyler Newton is exceptional.

Miserable service charged a 2k+ over the sale price on Friday at delivery after confirming a lease per month on Wednesday. Answer was the system calculated differently. Will not recommend at all. They offered 94K on my trade and I got 108K from another dealer even a month later.

Tyler is a true asset to your team. He is very knowledgeable and articulates himself in a manner that is easy to understand. His professionalism is a reason why I will continue to be a customer at of Budd`s. I am very satisfied with his service and wish him all the very best. He deserve a raise and recognition for his excellent service!

UPDATE: the thieves came back and stole the car last month.There was an attempt to steal my car few days after my first service in this dealership. The car was bought from a different dealer and the first owner had a different address on the system. As soon as I updated my info at Budd’s, thieves came to try to steal my car from my driveway. They opened a square hole in the back trunk to try to disable the alarm or open the tailgate. Fortunately they took off before stealing the car. Clearly there is someone in this dealership who is giving addresses or installing trackers on our cars. They even stole my friend’s car when it was in service and another friend after he did his service at this dealership found an apple tag installed when he got home. Someone who works at Budd’s is helping car thieves. I contacted the manager but he never returned my call. The police were informed.

Budds provides amazing service. Bill the Service Manager made sure I received a rental car while mine was getting fixed. Bill goes above and beyond for me always. He deserves a raise!

Budd's and their service team know how to provide service. The facilities and expertise makes it easy for a customer. Not to mention complementary coffee, tea etc. and a great Drop Off Bay to drive your car into on those super cold days, rainy, days, the days that just make you want to stay where it is warm. Ian is a great guy to discuss your service concerns, always providing expert advice and providing detail with options. The most luxurious detail is the ability to have your car picked up for service and be provided a loaner. This removes the stress and allows the work day to go smoothly without interference.
